About us

Uncommon Results design workshops which develop valuable skills and techniques for organizations, parents, volunteers, social service providers and other professionals.
Our youth programs encourage teenagers to take responsibility for their lives as well as empower them in order to achieve their goals. We access that hidden part that can be found in all young people which exposes their true magnificence, enabling them to lead life in a new, more meaningful, creative and powerful way.

Our Athletic Team Training Programs builds winning attitudes. This program can make the difference that turns teams into well-rounded champions.
Mark Charley, founder and head of Uncommon Results has trained over 25,000 people. Training programs have been held in over 20 major cities in the U.S., including Hawaii, San Francisco, Denver, Phoenix, Houston, Chicago, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. Internationally, programs have been presented in Canada, Australia, England, Northern Ireland, Sweden, The Netherlands, Kosovo and Switzerland. We work with groups and organizations such as:

  • Community-Based Organizations
  • Prisons
  • Government Agencies
  • Athletic Programs
  • Public Schools
  • College Academic Achievement Programs
  • Mentoring Programs
  • National Guard Conservation Corps

We train large and small groups in workshops, seminars, and conferences. Each program is tailored o address the specific needs and goals of our clients. Issues and strategies are identified, and a careful assessment is conducted prior to every course.

Uncommon Results is effective and experienced, and guarantees a training program that is well developed and executed. Participants in our programs – which range from two-day course to ten-day intensive training combined with a full year of follow-up sessions- gain a new sense of respect for themselves, and the personal power to rise above what may have seemed as insurmountable challenges.
