PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Uncommon Results conducts workshops specifically designed for professionals such as administrators, teachers, probation officers, correction officers, social workers, therapists, substance abuse counselors, and guidance counselors.

Often professionals in these fields work with limited resources and have overwhelming workloads or clients with multiple problems. They deal with many factors that may hamper their effectiveness with youths. Our Professional Workshop will help motivate and empower professionals to work more effectively with their colleagues, at-risk youth, and other members of the community.

The Professional Workshop is an interactive program which typically runs for a minimum of three days. Participants explore thought-provoking questions and concepts designed to help them develop a clearer outlook of what they can accomplish and how to make more powerful choices in their workplace. The program also includes ongoing coaching, development and project management.
